​Catherine completed her Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level I, II and Master training and certification through the International Center for Reiki Training and is a professional Reiki Master and  practitioner. 

Catherine is a Professional Member of the International Center for Reiki Training and a member of the International Reiki Healing Association. She has spent decades studying a variety of intuitive and spiritual guidance methods  and draws upon these disciplines in her personalized approach to healing and wellness.
